Gantt chart, also known as bar chart, is a diagram showing the sequence and duration of specific projects through activity list and time scale. It includes three parts: line chart, time axis and project axis, which can intuitively show the advance time of the plan and facilitate the evaluation of the whole project progress. Gantt chart divides a project into specific steps, and clearly lists all activities, time and manpower required for each task in the chart.
